Celentis Interstellar — Code of Conduct
Celentis emphasizes maintaining a good reputation. All members and anyone using Celentis comms must behave respectfully and maturely toward all Citizens and Celentis Interstellar. Ignorance is not a defense for breaking rules.
Anti-Piracy
Celentis is against piracy — unsolicited acts of force, intimidation, theft, or coercion toward individuals or property, or actively supporting piratical organizations.
Member Conduct
- Represent Celentis respectfully on all platforms (Spectrum, Discord, in-game chat, etc.)
- Welcome new members warmly.
- Use armed force only to protect Celentis assets or by legitimate request.
- Do not provoke aggression on third parties.
- Follow the laws of your in-game location.
- Remove CrimeStat as soon as possible.
- When unsure, ask your superior before acting.
- Raise concerns about Celentis decisions privately to your chain of command.
- No public confrontations or internal arguments.
- Zero tolerance for bullying, racism, sexism, or any form of prejudice.
- Respect the chain of command.
- Keep Celentis Visible in your org list at all times. Leaving the org will result in removal from the Discord server.
- Never break Star Citizen Terms of Service.
Operations Rules
- Be at the designated location at ops start.
- Operations Commander has speaking priority — listen and follow orders.
- Mic is mandatory in ops unless otherwise prevented.
- No broadcasting to global chat in-game during ops.
Operation Levels
- Casual: Have fun — goal-oriented but relaxed.
- Normal: Follow OP leader's orders immediately.
- Strict: Comms mission-critical only. Be ready.
Profit Distribution
- 10% Celentis Tax → Community bank
- 2.5% → Operation Leader (max one)
- Remainder split equally among all participants
