To join a division you must first enlist in the org on the RSI site and then join our Discord. Once this is done you can set the division Discord and post in the division's general channel introducing yourself. We will add you to the roster then.
We have many experienced members that will teach you what you need to know. You're not required to have prior knowledge; just a love for the game.
